Footprint Staffing is seeking a passionate and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide high-quality speech and language services to individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will deliver evidence-based therapy, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support clients in achieving meaningful communication outcomes.

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing evaluations 

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals and clinical best practices 

• Provide direct therapy services in clinic, school, or home settings 

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals 

• Document progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards 

• Participate in IEP meetings, case reviews, and team consultations (if school-based) 

• Educate clients and families on communication strategies and home programs

Qualifications 

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program 

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or CFY in progress 

• Active state license to practice as an SLP 

• CPR certification 

• Experience with pediatric, school-aged, or adult populations depending on setting

Preferred Skills

• Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal communication 

• Familiarity with AAC devices, feeding therapy, or bilingual services (as applicable) 

• Experience with EMR systems and documentation protocols 

• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently 

• Team-oriented with a growth mindset
