Footprint Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled School Psychologist to join our student support team. The ideal candidate will provide psychological services that promote academic success, emotional well-being, and positive social development for students in grades [Insert Grade Range, e.g., K–12].

This role is essential in fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment through collaboration with educators, families, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to support student learning

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to address academic and behavioral concerns

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and student support services

• Promote mental health awareness and social-emotional learning initiatives

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in School Psychology or related field

• Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist

• Experience in educational settings preferred

• Strong knowledge of special education laws and assessment tools

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MTSS, RTI, and PBIS frameworks

• Familiarity with culturally responsive practices

• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize effectively

• Proficiency in digital assessment platforms and documentation systems
