Footprint Staffing is seeking a licensed and passionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join a pediatric outpatient clinic team. This role focuses on providing therapy services to children and adolescents ages 1 to 18 years, helping them build independence, improve motor and sensory skills, and thrive in daily activities. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct age-appropriate evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for children and teens 

• Provide direct therapy focused on fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care routines, handwriting, and play-based interventions 

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support holistic care 

• Educate parents on home programs, adaptive strategies, and developmental milestones 

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems 

• Participate in clinical meetings, peer reviews, and ongoing professional development 

Qualifications 

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution 

• NBCOT certification and active state license to practice 

• CPR certification 

• Experience working with pediatric populations (preferred) 

Preferred Skills 

• Strong clinical reasoning and play-based therapy techniques 

• Familiarity with sensory processing, developmental delays, and autism spectrum disorders 

• Experience with EMR systems and pediatric documentation standards 

• Excellent communication and family engagement skills 

• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently
