Overview
Footprint Staffing is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and lead the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans. The BCBA will work closely with clients, families, and support staff to promote meaningful behavioral change and improve quality of life for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based evaluations
Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff
Provide direct support and consultation to families, caregivers, and educators
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and clinical best practices
Maintain accurate documentation and data collection using EMR systems
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Current certification as a BCBA by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Active state license (if required by state)
