Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)

BCBAs design and oversee behavioral intervention programs that help students develop positive behaviors and social skills. They use data-driven techniques to improve outcomes and train school teams in effective implementation.

BCBAs are licensed and experienced to:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Develop and supervise behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Train and support teachers and paraprofessionals
Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress
